City of Farmington Park Pavilion Rental Checklist

It is the responsibility of the renting party to clean up after the event. We are providing this checklist to help ensure your successful departure $200.00 reservation fee, pavilion allotted for 4 hours and $100.00 refund as long as pavilion is cleaned properly. MUST call and request refund. 

NOTE: Please check city calendar to ensure that the Pavillion is available for your desired rental time.

  • Remove all decorations and tape 
  • Tables wiped clean of any food and trash debris 
  • Pavilion floor is clear of food or other materials used during the rental 
  • Pick up any trash from lawn and dispose of it properly 
  • Empty trash can and put trash in dumpster 

Take photos of the facility that you rented after clean up and send it to farmingtonms@comcast.net
