The city is working on two separate ordinances to help manage tiny home and mobile home use! There will be separate meetings scheduled with local residents to help determine what is the minimum square footage for tiny homes and to determine what the ordinance will read like. Currently the board has approved a new mobile home ordinance, a copy is posted on our webpage for the community to view. We will be scheduling an upcoming public hearing to get the communities feedback on it.
