City Park in Farmington
We are blessed with 28 acres of park that can be used many different ways!
We have a 1-mile walking track which is also setup for bikes, skateboards, etc. Please be careful if using the bike, or skateboard sections and yield to all walkers/runners. We ask that no pets be allowed on the walking trail. Pets are allowed in other parts of the park but MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES!
We have an upper and lower pavilion - the upper pavilion has lights and power hookups. The lower pavilion can utilize the outside power plugs from the restroom. Situated beside the lower pavilion is restrooms, two ladies and two men's.
We have a playground for 12 and under as well as an outdoor amphitheater that has both water and power hookups.
Reserving Pavilions
The pavilions can be reserved for birthday parties, family reunions, class reunions, or any type of outdoor gathering. These are on a first come first serve basis. The online calendar will be kept updated with any reservations already set so you can determine if it is available when you need it. Fill out the online reservation form and send it with the link provided. Then call town hall to pay the reservation fee.
CLEANLINESS
We have garbage cans situated throughout the park and ask that all garbage be placed in them. Please break down any boxes and put them inside the can rather than leaving them on top. Please Do Not put household garbage in these as well as not cleaning out your car, these are to be used for garbage that is generated from gatherings at the pavilions, playground, or picnic tables.
Please notify town hall at 662-665-9647 to report overflowing garbage, unclean restrooms, missing paper towels, and/or missing toilet paper!
